Needs Assessment

Goals are set. Characteristics of a school’s schedule and faculty are reviewed. Measurements of progress are offered and defined. (Free)

Days of Onsite Teacher Training

Depending on the situation, there may be one or two days of onsite training of small groups of teachers. A day might be one group training all day, or two sessions for two groups in one day. ($1950 per day)

Refresher Training

5 to 20 days after the start of the student achievement program, a refresher training deals with specific questions and issues. This is essential to assure sustainability, fidelity, and capacity.

Data Analytics and Progress Monitoring

A Brainchild project manager reviews data and sends selected reports with recommendations to administrators each month.

Academy Solution for After School Programs

One of the Brainchild’s available strategies is the Academy format. This uses learning stations to provide assessment and data-driven instruction. Students are highly engaged by a variety of learning activities.
